In today's world of rapidly changing technology, it's important that your benefits keep up.  The Benefits Dept. provides an array of services that allow your group to be as technologically advanced as you'd like to be.

Your group has the option of using online enrollment capabilities to enroll for benefits, or enrolling on paper during the on-site new hire meetings.  We partner with a nationally known online enrollment provider so that you can be assured that your group's information remains confidential and is accurately reported.

The Benefits Dept. offers kiosks to be placed at your location to allow employees to access their customized employee benefits website.  This website also provides links to the insurance carriers, so a member can view claims, get information on a physician or dentist, or obtain a form.  They can also email their account manager at The Benefits Dept. directly from the website with questions or if assistance is needed.

We provide dedicated email boxes and fax numbers so that your human resources department can communicate with our team in an efficient manner.  And of course, we're always willing to answer questions from your staff and your employees through email or telephone calls.  Our account managers ensure a 24 hour response time on any email or voice mail message.
