The Benefits Dept. will work with your insurance carrier to formulate a plan that is tailored for your business environment. Together, we can offer wellness fairs where members can receive blood pressure and cholesterol screenings. If an employee is dealing with a chronic disease, a nurse from the insurance company can follow up with them to be sure that they're taking any prescribed medication and receiving appropriate care.  We also prepare and send a variety of communication pieces for your employees, from payroll stuffers on smoking cessation programs, to posters on appropriate use of the emergency room or ways to relieve stress.

Benefits need to be properly communicated to employees so they know how to use the plans. We offer consistently thorough enrollment meetings and new hire orientation meetings, and also hold Open House events to give employees the opportunity to ask questions. The Benefits Dept. provides a customized website so that employees can get information from any computer, and link to carrier sites where they can view claims or compare prescription drug costs.  Account managers can also be sent an email directly from the website, and we're all just a phone call away if you need help.
